God gave the awesome and anointed Dr. Joseph E. Gray, Jr., the vision to establish JEG Ministries & Word of Prayer Cultural Center at the same time. The Vision was to start JEG Ministries first, and to focus only on JEG Ministries for two years, and after that Word of Prayer Cultural Center would be established. God is Awesome; Dr. Gray established JEG Ministries in January of 2003, and exactly two years later, came the Word of Prayer Cultural Center.
